🌎 FINH is an experimental design studio, here to build a less boring future. We’re a distributed team of humans, machines, and sometimes animals. We develop unusual interactions, products and ventures - for ourselves and for our partners.
✉️ Send a cover letter To [email protected] as part of your application email, be clear about: a) the position you are applying for, b) something interesting about yourself c) your strengths and weaknesses, d) a favourite project that isn’t ours or yours.
✨ Include your portfolio It can be an interactive website, a pdf. portfolio, or something exciting we’ve never seen before! We’re looking for skill and craft, but also evidence of process and logic. Show us why and how you do what you do. (10MB limit pleeeeeease).
📹 Record a 1 minute video (Not compulsory) Using whatever platform or software you like, and tell us a bit about yourself, about your work, and why you want to work at FINH. This isn’t necessary, but it will make our initial screening process a lot easier.
We want to make our interview process as simple and non-scary as possible, so here’s what to expect once you’ve sent your application.
🖖 Step 1 - First contact (45-minute call & portfolio review)
After your application is accepted we schedule a call with our team to review your portfolio. Interviews are never a unilateral process though, and this is your chance to get to know us, ask questions about our practice, and get a feel for what life at FINH is all about.
